Veleučilište u Šibeniku (Croatia)
The Polytechnic of Šibenik is a higher education institution in Croatia established in 2006. The Polytechnic offers undergraduate professional study programs in Management, Business Informatics, Public Administration, and Traffic, Logistics, and Transportation. It also provides specialist graduate professional study programs in Management and Public Administration. The institution focuses on providing high-quality professional education to equip students with practical skills needed for employment and enable them to become responsible experts serving the development of their local, national, and European communities. The Polytechnic is a sought-after partner in Erasmus+ projects and has participated in international exchanges of students and teachers. In IT, the institution has been one of the most innovative in Croatia, focusing on introducing modern digital tools and services to its educational process, facilitating learning and teaching, and increasing inclusivity. The Polytechnic uses the ECTS system for acquiring and transmitting credits to students, with criteria for allocation and alignment based on attendance, preparation, independent study, research, and other activities.
